Description	Whether a Post (including a newsletter issue) is ready to be listed. "Draft" keeps the page out of the post listings (Template:UI/latest posts, Template:UI/posts library and the Posts list on project pages) and shows a draft banner on the page. "Published" lists it normally. Empty counts as Published, so posts written before this field existed keep appearing. A draft is still a public page reachable by link, search and Recent Changes; this controls listing, not access.
