Description	Sequential number of an issue within a recurring publication, counting from 1. Used by Category:Newsletter to label an issue independently of its title or date, so issues remain identifiable when a publication skips a month or changes its name. Display templates pad it to two digits ("Issue 01"); store the bare number.
