How does this forum thing work?

- Where do replies happen, are they separate pages or does discussion tools just edit the page jonny (talk) 22:29, 20 May 2026 (PDT)
- Yea, as you can see, replies happen within a the topic page they are replying to. You can also reply to replies and they should nest correctly. On a given topic/Talk page, it should work mostly like how Discussion Tools talk pages work except I was trying to mostly keep it to 1 topic per page which is sort of the opposite of how standard Talk pages work. - This forum just uses the Discussion Tools and Echo extensions that come bundled with MW to turn Talk pages into a sort of forum. Ideally each topic gets its own page but there isn't anything stopping someone from creating another topic within an existing forum talk page. Daniel Aharoni (talk) 09:12, 21 May 2026 (PDT)
