Property: Has period start

"labki-datetime" is not in the list (checkbox, checkboxes, combobox, date, datepicker, datetime, datetimepicker, dropdown, googlemaps, leaflet, ...) of allowed values for the "Has input type" property.

Description	First day of the window a thing covers, as distinct from the day it was published. On a Category:Newsletter issue this is the start of the period whose news the issue reports; paired with Has period end it defines the issue's coverage window, which is what a roundup query filters on. Not the same as Has start date, which is when something itself begins.
