Description	Mark this forum as a navigation hub. When Yes, the page renders only its description, breadcrumb (if nested), sub-forums grid, and a "Recent activity" feed pulled from all child forums via the Has forum chained property — no posting button, no own-topics section, no stats meta row. Use this for top-level pages like Forum:Home that organize the forum tree without hosting discussion themselves. When No (default), the page is a regular forum: stats meta row, "Make new post" button, and own-topics broadtable; sub-forums grid still appears when this forum is also a parent (the "middle ground" — a forum with both its own topics and child forums).
