Opens the top half of a SemanticSchemas category sidebox: the `{|` frame with the floating-sidebar CSS, plus the heading row. Pairs with `Category/sidebox-footer`. See `Category/table-header` for the broader composition pattern.

Parameters:

category - The category name. Required.
label - Optional baked display label.
