Schedule Step

Required fields:

Sequence Number *:

The number in a order of a sequence
Action Description *:

Free-text description of what a schedule step involves
Audience *:

The recipients or target group for a schedule step or communication

Optional fields:

Offset (days):

Days relative to a schedule anchor. Negative values occur before the anchor; positive values occur after.
Offset Description:

Human-readable description of when a schedule step occurs relative to its anchor (e.g. "1.5 weeks before submission")
Schedule Anchor:

The reference date that offsets in a schedule are measured from
Action Type:

The kind of action a schedule step represents
Condition:

Condition that determines whether a schedule step applies to a given submission
Responsible Party:

The person or org responsible for a thing
