Hi everyone,

I would like to get some tweezer covers for handling the optical components while building the miniscope. I can't find something like this on the web. It's possible to make them with electical tape or something similar, but I'm wondering how other people handle these delicate components without damaging them.

Hi Jesper, you can try covering them with a small piece of heat-shrinking tube (the one used for cables). This seems to work fine.

Best, Nikolas

We use these rubber tipped tweezers, but I think any tweezers that are covered should work well. http://www.amazon.com/LOCKING-TWEEZERS-RUBBER-TIPPED-SCRATCH/dp/B00ZDHPAIM/
