Dear Miniscope family,
I am a PhD student in Palmer's lab, at the University of Melbourne. I am about to attempt a Miniscope implant in the mPFC in mice. I would like to reach the Infralimbic region, I have never done a surgery for GRIN lens implant, and definitely not in the mPFC. However, I have tried in the past to perform a cranial window surgery at this prefrontal area and have found it difficult because of the large medial vessel coursing right below the medial suture. Please if anyone has any advice on this surgery it will be greatly appreciated!
