Has anyone used the Barnes maze to access behaviour with mice with a miniscope?
I'm investigating spatial memory, but one of the problems I have encountered is that the mouse is unable to enter the escape chamber with a miniscope on using a standard mouse Barnes maze. I am considering using a rat Barnes maze instead as the holes are bigger, has anyone else done this?
