Hi, my name is eric, I am now trying to design a mini fluorescence microscope by using a CMOS sensor with auto focus function

A lens will be placed between the camera and the object, the object is located at the focal length

May I ask if there are any equation or method to define the size and location of the image?

I need to find out the suitable camera and lens, and define their location
