Empty-state subtemplate for [[Template:Category/Review record]]. Rendered<br />
when a page has at least one Review record subobject but the latest-record<br />
query returns nothing (rare — usually means data corruption).<br />

This template is NOT used for the much more common case of a page with a<br />
review interval but no review records yet. That case doesn't trigger this<br />
dispatcher at all (the SemanticSchemas attachment fires only when Review<br />
record subobjects exist on the page). Pages in that state are surfaced via<br />
the [[Dashboard/Needs attention]] dashboard's "needs first review" query.<br />
