I checked many sites and the CMOS is out of stock everywhere. Some places have even discontinued the item.

Any recommendations to get some soon? Or should I just wait for 15 weeks or whatever? Any other ideas? Is it likely to be discontinued?

Hi Brendonw1,

You shouldn't have a problem finding it on AliExpress. OnSemiconductor bought out Aptina and I think their product lines are now changing. Down the road we will change to a better sensor but you shouldn't run into a supply issue for quite a while. When we do switch sensors the DAQ PCB and scope housing/optics will be compatible.

Second on the AliExpress option. We got the sensors on time—the delivery was fast.
