I thought I already posted this but now I can't find it, sorry if it's repetitive.
Basically I am going through the parts list and I see the github specs for the boards. But as someone who has never had a board made or parts assembled I'm really not sure how to interact with a company like Sierra. Would it be possible to make a mock order for us? Or tell us what to say or how to even start on their website or what to ask for from a person?
I think we need a total of 3 boards, right: LED, CMOS board and DAQ box board. The latter two require that some parts be put on by the company. How do we specify which parts and how? Are those already on the spec sheets on github? Total newbie here so I'd love to learn what's where and how to start the process. I assume I'm not alone among neuroscientists in not knowing how to go about getting a board made with the parts I want (and in the right spots), so maybe it'd be generally useful to share how to go about this?
Thanks again
Brendon
