Cortex Buffer Recipe: (buffered artificial cerebrospinal fluid)

In 1000 ml milipore water:
NaCl = 7.888g
KCl   = .372g
HEPES = 1.192g
CaCl2 = .264g
MgCl2 = .204g

pH to 7.4 and filter.

Return to Cortex buffer.
