Hi all-

Thank you all for the advice! We will try lower the intensity then.

Hi Daniel,

We have successfully built up our system! However we have one question regarding of the LED system.
We found out when we first connect our microscope to the mouse, we could observe good quality of neurons (clear white dots). But after a while (maybe 30mins), the image starts to become blurry. We used the intensity of 20% with GCamP6m. We tried to lower the value but the same problem happens. I am not sure this was because of GFP bleach.
Could you share some tips or do you have any good recommendation value of the LED intensity for GRIN Relay Lens system?

Many thanks!!

Xinchi

Hi Daniel,

I called them yesterday again and they said they would be able to sell us the GRIN lens!

Thanks!

Hi Daniel,

We are trying to order thin relay GRIN lens with diameter of 0.5mm to image deep brain. So far the guy from Inscopix said they will only support those labs who bought their system. Could you please tell me where should we order those thin relay lens other than Inscopix?

Thanks a lot!

Hi-

I have a few questions regarding of the DAQ PCB.

1. Seems like layer stack-up calls for 27 mils thickness but the "Miniscope_DAQ_PCB_FAB_INFO" calls for 62 mils board thickness. Does that matter?

2. Also for the 'SWITCH DIP HALF PITCH 4POS 50V' for SW1, SW2, SW3 on file, I checked with DigiKey with the part number (CT2184LPST-ND) , the voltage shows on Digikey is 24V. Can we use that?

Thank you very much!
