Data Analysis / ms.firing vector (from fast oopsi)

Hi guys,

sorry if the question seems retarded but the firing time series (ms.firing, n_best output from fast_oopsi) outputs a spike train but I thought that this would be a vector of 0's and 1's but I have values >0 and <1. What does that mean? Many thanks!

Hi there,

i remember once upon a time being able to open the MiniscopeDAQ software (vproj) in some visual studio version but latelly I haven't succeded (tried VS2017, 2015 and 2012). The files in github were compiled in which version?

Ah, and repeating a question I posted in another thread: Sorry if I am being stupid but the SMA3 for external triggering is the J3 plug (of the version 2 DAQ)? Many thanks!

Hi Daniel,

which opencv version you are using. When compiling I am having errors like

Cannot open include file: 'opencv2/imgcodecs.hpp': No such file or directory

and also hal.hpp is missing and these header files are not within the opencv directory (i downloaded the 2.4.13). Many thanks!

There was a post on the old forum regarding perpendicular imaging. Well, in that post the user had fixed the issue with focusing. I was wondering if anyone know where I can get prism to glue on my 2mm grin lenses. Many thanks!
