Electronics / DAQ PCB - SMA connector for trigger
« on: June 30, 2017, 10:25:17 PM »
Hi,
I am trying to use a signal to trigger the miniscope as described in the wiki (http://miniscope.org/index.php?title=Data_Acquisition_Box) but I have the newer version of the DAQ PCB board and I am not sure which SMA is programmed to receive the input. (and I am scared to burn the PCB by plugging an input in an output SMA). You specified on the forum that the left 2 SMA connectors handle optional triggering and sync signals (http://miniscope.org/board/index.php?topic=352.0) but could you specify what are each of them (J3 and J5) are programmed to do?
Thanks a lot and happy 7/4 weekend !
Eliott
