Title: Newbie question - msRun.m

We have encountered some software issue:

1. When we open the folder "Analysis with Matlab" and readme file:
Start your MATLAB Workspace.
Start with msRun.m

But when we run it,  "msRun.m" file is not found? -> Suggestions?

Other question: Is there a manual to explain each .m file?

Hi York,
I would need more information before I could help you with your MATLAB problem. msRun.m should be located in the GitHub repo and you should be able to walk through the individual scripts within it.

The documentation is currently lacking for the analysis scripts but I am working on a new analysis pipeline that should have better commenting.
