Title: New Miniscope PCB Group Signup Sheet

Hello Everyone,
Welcome to the Miniscope PCB group order signup sheet, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14wKD1-nZVGhdf2VnJYl1scEssredgB64XKHe5C0PY0k/edit?usp=sharing. To be added to an upcoming Miniscope PCB group order please add your information to a new row at the bottom of the spread sheet. DAQ PCBs usually run about $220 a board and CMOS PCBs usually run about $115 a board. Sierra Circiuts will handle sourcing all the electrical components, PCB fabrication, and PCB assembly. Once we have around 20 participants we will move forward with placing the group order and you will receive an email with more details.

Hello Daniel,
I have some questions about the group orders.
So our school has a specific purchasing system that anything we need to buy using research funding needs to go through the system. My question is that how are we going to pay for the group parts, will the company bill us separately? And can they accept a purchase order?
And also I'm wondering when the group order will be placed?

Hi Daniel,

the list for the next group order is now close to 30 participants and we've been waiting for quite a while.
When will you do the next order? Would be nice if this could get started soon!

Hi Florian,
We have to wait about a month or so between submitting group orders. We got a bit delayed due to a component being on back order but now everything is in stock. I am still in the process of running through a previous group order spread sheet with about 15 labs still left on it. I expect to get to your group in the next month or so.

I was wondering on the status of the next group order for the PCBs.
Do you have an idea on when they'll be ordered, and how long until they make it to labs?

Hi Manny,
It looks like you will be included on the next group order. We will move forward submitting your group order within the next month and it usually takes 2 weeks after the order has been submitted for PCBs to ship out.

Has anyone started gathering people for a new group order? Or will a topic be created when the next one starts? Is it best to go to one of the workshops before placing an order?

I am in the process of finishing up the lose ends from the last group order then we will proceed with yours. Shouldn't be more than a week till we start the next group order.

Hi, just to clarify a couple things, where, one, there is now one sheet and not a new sheet per order, and two that this is the most up to date sheet (as of 9/18/17). Estimated order date is 1 month for every 20 people on the list.
