Title: Combined Miniscope

Hi Everyone,
I am wondering if someone here has combined any components of miniscope with Inscopix ones. is it possible? Can the software of Inscopix be used with this miniscope? Can the camera of miniscope  be used with Inscopix Board Controller?
Please let me know if someone has done it before.

Hi Matteo,
Our system is mostly not compatible with the Inscopix system. That being said, their relay GRIN lenses work with our system and you could conceivably convert Miniscope recordings into 16bit TIFF stacks and run it through their analysis package.
